Warranty Claim

Before making a warranty claim please email ko support on       info@ko-moto.com.

 

Most problems are not warranty claims and can be fixed by booking a support session with one of our Ko support staff on a one to one discord booked support call.     https://www.ko-moto.com/book-online

Warranty claim = All warranty claims are subject to testing and validation prior to any action taken by KO Technologies.  Warranty is not transferable and only applies to the original party that has made the purchase. We will not warranty any units that have been sold on from the original owner,  unless these units have been bought and sold through an authorized retailer.

Timescales - We will try to deal with your claim as quickly as possible, please be patient during this period and do not fill out the form multiple times as this will slow down your claim. This also goes for sending multiple emails across a short period of time. Generally warranty claims may take up to one week depending on the speed of courier freight to and from our warranty location, but it can take longer than this and this should only be used as a guide.

 

Replacement Policy - Please see the full terms for details on refunds and how the warranty process works. We will stick to the procedures outlined and we will not bend these rules for anyone. We try to ensure that everyone is happy with their purchase and endeavor to do the right thing by every customer.

Decision - All warranty claims are dealt with on a case by case basis and the outcome will only become available once we have validated the warranty claim. The decision to uphold a warranty claim is exclusively the right of KO Technologies on all occasions.
