KO Moto Ordering FAQ

Below you can find some frequently answered questions on your KO Moto Order.

  • What is the best way to contact you?
    Please use the following methods to get in touch with us email: facebook: discord: you will be provided a link if you have purchased from us manufacturing queries only email: Please give us 24 hours to respond to queries. In many cases this will be much less but at weekends and evenings we do have to have some down time.
  • How long does it take you to ship my order?
    Currently the lead time on most products are 2 weeks after order has been confirmed. This means that it will take two weeks for us to process and make your order ready for it to be shipped. It does not include international shipping time which can be from 5-10 days. This may change at busy periods but you will also receive an email when you order informing you of potential time scales for your order. A good rule is that your order will leave us approximately two weeks (14 days) after we have received it.
  • Can you ship my order sooner?
    No. We process every order as they come to us and emailing us or messaging us on Facebook will not change the time scales for the order process. Any indicated time scales will stand for each and every order and we cannot expedite this process.
  • What courier company do you use for shipping?
    We use DHL or UPS for international freight. We ship worldwide and this process will take between 5-10 days to reach you once it has left us.
  • My Country is not in the locations you ship to. Can I still buy from you.
    It is possible to get a quotation from us for shipping to a location that is not listed. Please get in touch with us at to query this.
  • Why is shipping expensive?
    Shipping cost is provided to us directly by DHL and UPS and we do not make any money out of these rates, in fact they are slightly subsidised. Many of the products we sell are heavy and they are shipped out of mainland China using very fast methods. This is unfortunately expensive. We have no control over this cost and we cannot reduce it or find alternative sending methods.
  • How do I cancel an order?
    Please contact us directly using the email Please give us 24 hours to acknowledge this order and to expedite the process please do not put in a PayPal claim or a charge back on your card. We will process any refunds within 24 hours. Making a claim of any sort will significantly delay this time frame and can result in you waiting weeks for your money to be returned if it has to be investigate by your credit card company.
