PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION
Before you book in your support call with the KO Moto Support Team it is important that complete the following tasks prior to your support call taking place. Each call will have to be manually approved by us. Once this happens you will receive an email confirming your appointment time. Appointments are on GMT time NOT USA time.
1. SIGN UP TO DISCORD USING THE LINK PROVIDED BY US AND INSTALL DISCORD ON YOUR PC / LAPTOP.
We take support calls using Discord. The link for the discord channel should have been sent to you after your order. If you require a link please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. It will be greatly beneficial to have the ability for you to share your screen so we can go through the controller settings with you live and explain how everything works.
2. USE THE DIRECT CONENCT CABLE FOR SUPPORT CALLS.
Some people experience issues with using Bluetooth to update and set up the controller and it is our recommendation to use the hard-wired USB cable for this purpose. Please make sure that you have the small black connector accessible on your controller harness for the call. We also recommend keeping it easily accessible if you should need to use it again.
