Service Description

If you are having trouble configuring your controller or you have any questions for our technical support team please book yourself into an available time slot. Please note our support staff are UK and USA time zones. Please also ensure you have completed the following tasks prior to starting the call. This will make the process much smoother and faster. 1) Signed up to discord and have joined the KO Moto Discord Channel (ask us for a link in advance if you do not have one). 2) Have a pc that has discord installed and ready to connector to your controller using the hardwired connection prior to starting the call with us.
